FAQ
When will we get our photos?
For regular and mini sessions, turnaround for your full album will be 3 weeks to your designated email.
For weddings, a sneak peek will be sent within 2 week of your wedding date and your full album delivered within 8 weeks.
For my Queen Square Farmer's Market patrons, I will send out your QSFM mini session photos by the Friday following the market you attended.
Will you post my boudoir photos?
Boudoir sessions are an amazing way to express yourself and gain self-confidence and self-love but I completely understand that you may not always want to share them.
Being a photographer who thrives to create a comfortable and safe environment for all of my clients, I completely understand this and will not share any boudoir photos without your consent.
What's the process to book my session or wedding
Regular / Mini Session:
Once we've established that your date/time is available, we can book your consult to chat about session details, contract and payment information.
Please note that your signed contract and 50% non-refundable retainer are due at time of booking to secure your session.
Weddings:
Once we've established that your date is available we can proceed to set up your initial consult. We would go over which wedding package you'd like to choose, package cost and timeline of payments as well as some smaller details in regards to your wedding.
Please note, you're signed contract as well as the first installment (1/3 of total cost that includes a $250 non refundable retainer) are due at booking to secure your wedding date.
Any weddings without signed contract and retainer placed can not be officially held.
Will you deliver RAW photos?
I do not deliver RAW photos as they do not fully represent my style or vision.
There are sometimes environments that do not create the best lighting, other subjects in frame that may need to be removed amongst other factors that are taken care of through the editing process.
Will you travel for a session or wedding?
I try to stick to a 1 hour radius of Saint John, covering a good portion of Southern NB.
Travel fees are included for Platinum and Gold wedding packages.
Regular sessions will have a travel fee for any session outside of the Saint John limits. (currently at $0.53/km)
Mini sessions are restricted to with Saint John limits only.
What if I don't need/want the engagement session that is included with the Gold and Platinum wedding packages?
Already had your engagement photos? No worries! You can choose to opt out of that complimentary service or you can exchange it for a Bridal Boudoir session!
